- Should be good in Desktop Support
- Response to customer queries by e-mail, chat or telephone
- Identify needs and conduct/recommend training as needed
- Submission of Daily/Weekly or Monthly support activity to the Senior
- Can arrange and show the demonstration at client side
- Can travel all over India
- Should be good to check the software/understand customer queries
