Responsibilities: Content & Social Strategy * Understanding each social media channel’s audience, aligningDecimal Point’s content strategy with each of them, and ensuringregular content flow on all channels (Instagram, Facebook,LinkedIn, * Manage website, traffic flow, and follow the best practices, * Develop a web & social content strategy that encompasses thegoals of a company and aligns with the company’s image * Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audiopodcasts, etc. * Develop, implement, and manage the customer acquisitionstrategy through digital marketing channels * Define critical social media KPIs and implement campaigns toachieve the best results * Track, analyze, and derive insights from campaign metrics andpresent the same to the senior management * Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and bestpractices * Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop theacquisition strategy * Regular reporting of campaign effectiveness * Work with the content, creative, and sales teams for theexecution of the campaigns * Skillful at data analysis and driving relevant insights * Complete familiarity with advertising platforms in AdWords,social, website, etc. * Understanding of key marketing functions e.g., branding,content, PR, etc. and how they impact customer acquisition * Good to have: Knowledge of marketing through affiliatechannelCandidate Profile:
Skills Sets: * Proven work experience as a Content & Social media manager * Strong communication, presentation, and language skills * Quality focused with attention to detail and client service * Able to handle ambiguity * Able to get work done through nonreporting relationships * Familiar with emerging trends in marketing and able toimplement them in strategiesExperience: 3 to 7 years
