We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to drive our paid search campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google AdWords.Job Responsibilities:1. Develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google AdWords platforms.2. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve ROI.3. Conduct keyword research and create compelling ad copy to target relevant audiences effectively.4. Manage budget allocation and bid strategies to maximize campaign performance and cost-efficiency.5. Perform A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to enhance conversion rates.6. Utilize analytics tools to generate performance reports and provide actionable insights.7. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and PPC advertising.8. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create high-quality visual and text ads.9. Identify opportunities for scaling successful campaigns and expanding market reach.10. Ensure compliance with advertising policies and guidelines of Meta and Google platforms.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Digital Marketing, Ecommerce Business, or a related field.1. Proven experience (3+ years) in managing Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google AdWords campaigns for similar industry.2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.3. Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant platforms.4. Excellent understanding of PPC strategies, keyword research, and bid management.5. Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization.6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.8.
