What you’ll achieve
As a Accounts Receivable Senior Specialist, you will manage Day to Day volume on Veritas/CIW queue for PO match Invoice submission. Investigate and root cause failure points/friction points at customer level and propose solution to fix. Work Closely with IT and PMO to resolve production issues. Escalate issues in timely manner to resolve fallouts & communicate with team and leaders on the progress.
You will:
Manage the requests from FSR queue.Business partnering with collections and sales on account specific queries/issues
Act as an SME for North Americas Custom Invoicing process
Develop complete understanding of invoicing capabilities across ERPs – Omega and SAP
Meets agreed SLAs for invoicing submission to customer portals
Engage with B2B, Opentext, PremierConnect, & End Customers to setup customers for e-Invoicing solution

Essential Requirements
3 – 5 years of experience working in Accounts Receivables or Invoicing
Graduation is mandatory, preferably in the field of Finance or Accounts
Understanding of Invoicing capabilities with tactical & logical reasoning. Ability to root cause and work with teams to resolve invoicing queries.
Collaborate effectively to achieve positive results. Drive for results to meet all service level agreements
Ability to work with teams on site and across sites
Desirable Requirements
