As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for defining requirements and driving for future-state Site Accessibility and Quality processes. Specifically, you will be responsible for the vision of defining and driving new capabilities to online quality of Dell.com/Support to meet the industry standards, and drive content standards across the publishing teams. The role of Dell.com/Support Customer Quality Program Manager is to manage initiatives that will improve the online experience for customers, driving operations efficiencies, and improve online quality. Principle Duties/Description: Manages multiple global complex programs impacting business goals and objectives. Lead cross-functional team(s) and subject matter experts in the development, planning, implementation delivery of multiple complex programs. Identifies priorities and schedules relative to each program. Ensures program deliverables are met on time and within budget as required. Identifies areas of risk/opportunities and influences and implements continuous improvements. Develops recommendations and implements solutions to program challenges.
