What you’ll achieve As a Consultant you will be working with business leaders to help formulate data driven strategies. You will be working on structured and unstructured business cases to help deliver insights and prioritize future investments. You will be responsible for exploring existing or new data sets, acquire new data sets, transform them to provide actionable insights.

You will:

• Work on various programs to drive Online penetration
• Explore new and existing data sets to help formulate business case and evaluate performance
• Drive automation and present results in a scalable manner
• Use appropriate data visualization techniques/ storytelling with Data and present results to stakeholders. Drive conversation and help taking decisions with compelling data
• Mentor junior team members

Essential Requirements

• Highly skilled in translating business objectives to meaningful KPI’s and drive analytics around those. Work with various team to get relevant data and deliver analytics
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey analytic insights effectively to both IT and business audiences
• Strong capability to define and deliver against deadlines
• Strong drive to learn and grow new skills
• Strong presentation, leadership, business influence, and project management skills

Desirable Requirements

• Education MBA/ degree in business administration or Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science/IT, Applied Science, Math, Statistics
• Strong teamwork, business acumen, and customer advocacy skills
• Knowledge of SQL, HIVE, Power BI
