IT Principal Software Engineer The Software Engineering team delivers next-generation software application enhancements and new products for a changing world. As an IT Principal Software Engineer, you will deliver products and improvements for a changing world. Working at the cutting edge, you will craft and develop software for platforms, peripherals, applications and diagnostics — all with the most sophisticated technologies, tools, software engineering methodologies and partnerships.
You will:

• Develop technical solutions to meet business requirements
• Assist in training, work assignment and mentoring of less experienced developers
• Provide training and mentor other engineers when required
• Be a domain specialist in one or more technical programming specialties

Essential Requirements

• Strong software development experience in Java, Java Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring integration, Spring security, and REST services, Design patterns and architectures.
• Advanced knowledge on latest Integration technologies and trends in the Industry. Must have a strategic outlook on Integration and IT technologies and help direct the organization towards the Future state of the Integration Platform.
• Should have experience in PL/SQL programming using Oracle 12c and higher version.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering high volume and high availability transactional applications under tight time constraints.

Desirable Requirements

• 8+ years of validated experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computing engineering or computer science
