Sales Operations Consultant, Financial Analysis (i9) Our Sales operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling, and communicating both online and offline orders. A bridge between sales and other operational functions, we use our peerless expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes – from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more. Put simply, we make sure the process of getting our ground-breaking products and services to customers as simple and seamless as possible. What you’ll achieve As a Sales Operations Consultant, you will lead your management team to create and develop a reporting model to gain insights into Customer Experience and Cost of Dissatisfaction data supporting the Consumer and Small Business Sales organizations. Working with your stakeholders, Sales, Finance and Operations to establish a robust BMS to review and provide insights. You will:

• Develop, interpret, and implement financial cost of dissatisfaction reporting for financial planning and control, meeting quarterly and annual commitments around readiness and outlook and Sales CSAT reporting to identify trends and areas for opportunity.
• Perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. Gathers, analyzes, prepares, and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, trended future requirements and operating forecasts.
• Have a good understanding of automation with a view to modernizing reports and dashboards enabling the business towards a self-serve model.
• Be curious and inspect your data to provide critical insights and turn those insights into actionable projects and initiatives where you will be expected to work cross-functionally to drive improvements.

• Advanced computer skills, Excel, Power BI, etc.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Facts and figures decision maker/result oriented.
• Excellent track record of dealing with ambiguity.

Desirable Requirements

• 12+ years of related experience in a professional role with a bachelor’s degree; or 8+ years with a master’s degree; or 5+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
• RPA Automation
