Job Description for Storekeeper.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a college degree [ courses related to Mechanical, Electrical]
• Knowledge on mechanical, or machines
• Work experience in same environment or in Manufacturing company.
• Gulf experience is an advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for the whole operation store area
• Receive Materials from Purchaser (physically), then update in the SAP System. Print/paste barcode sticker and arrange to the assigned location
• Issuance of the item (physically) to the Technicians
• Issue item in the Oracle System
• Prepare Purchase Requisition & Purchase Order by “SAP System”
• Monitor & Maintain MIN/MAX of each item then re-order if needed.
• Process all Invoices and endorse to Accounts
• Check stocks quarterly & semi-annual with accounts
• Coordinate with purchasing & accounts department.
• Coordinate with insurance company regarding clams and other works related to that.
• Performs task as mandated.
• Other works related to storekeeper.
