What you’ll achieve
In this role, you will be carving out global processes and procedures to better deliver ISG cycle planning in the regions. A combination of world class people leadership, planning acumen, stakeholder management, innovation, analysis and SB ISG acumen will be required for success.
You will:

• Own and deliver a coordinated ISG Cycle Plan process in all regions with both regional and global view
• Optimize processes, timelines, deliverables, etc.
• Enable Best practices sharing among the regions
• Coordinate FMM activities globally
• Close relationship with regional CoC leaders

• Leadership experience along with Planning experience
• Track record of innovation and building new processes
• Proven ability to drive stakeholder management in a matrix environment
