Support sales organization through customer, operational business and finance support. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Business partner to Government sales leader- helping drive the business performance end to end.
• Be the leader with data, scorecards, adhoc analytics, insights
• Bring all the Government sub-districts and allied BU sales organizations together – drive oneness and arrive at the desired results
• Be networked across all support, BU, Channel, Marketing, CFS, Tax, Accounting, Logistics teams
• Be able to connect the dots, collaborate and solve issues, identify opportunities spanning the entire gamut, in real time
• Drive APJ and global initiatives within the gov team
• Hands on with BMS and other reporting tools to work on adhoc requests
• Work along with the business leadership teams to set up critical fews and run management cadence that deliver desired results
• Drive Run the business initiatives. Support the business on analytics and scorecarding for RTB and programs including
  • Forecast, Outlook, Call the Ball, Pipeline
  • Weekly BMS: Performance vs Target, leading biz performance indicators, Key initiatives tracking, pipeline sufficiency analysis and conversion improvement opportunities
  • Quarterly SoR reviews with country leadership
  • Business analytics and insights
• Sales Productivity & Performance- providing detailed insights to sales leaders to optimize sales effectiveness and drive action plans.
• Provide business governance/controls- Inventory mgmt, Approval process, Key controls: special pricing, contract review, extended terms, contribution margin, Orders, Sales Opex, Liquidity management, COD, SOH, Demand Acceleration, Rebates, Concessions, headcount planning, efficiency metrics
• Work on account alignment mismatches and other conflict management within and outside the team
• Drive adoption of scorecards and BMS reports among the sales teams
• Build the AOP and ASP revenue targets in collaboration with OneIndia RTB team

Requirements for the role:

• Capability to manage a highly complex set-up & navigate through the matrixed organization with agility & maturity; capability to deal with ambiguity & constant change
• Strong understanding of Sales, Sales motions, GTM strategy
• Be vocal & proactive on tabling issues, pushing strategy, action plans.

• Emotional Intelligence –Leadership skills principles
• Provide sound objective advice for decisions based on data driven insights
• Able to multi-task to manage both tactical and strategic work streams
• Self-starter and team player with ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• Looking for a candidate that is strong on data, analysis, with the ability to root cause issues, identify patterns and develop hypothesis to address opportunities in the business.
• Relevant experience (sales, analytics, operations or finance controllership) preferred
• Education: Graduate/post graduate; 8+ years of experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong excel and powerpoint skills. Knowledge in the latest BI tools will be an advantage.
