Senior Analyst – Digital Analytics Join us as a Senior Analyst on our Customer Sentiment team in Bangalore to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact. What you’ll achieve As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for analysis of online user journeys on the A/B and multivariate tests that run on Dell.com and help generate new insights-based hypotheses for A/B testing. You will work with multiple global stakeholders in the product, online business and marketing teams to enhance customer experience on the website. You will:

• Analyse the user behaviour on Dell.com and generate to identify opportunities for optimization for Dell.com and generate hypotheses that can be tested
• Leverage analytics approaches such as segmentation, path analysis and funnel analysis to simplify the navigation and buying experience on the website
• Create a coherent story explaining the user behaviour seen in A/B tests and offer actionable insights and recommendations
• Review and analyze the qualitative data (heatmaps, session replays) to identify areas to enhance the online user experience
• Effectively communicate the findings of analysis and all the relevant updates to all stakeholders

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and High level of competency in MS Excel
• Proven ability to analyze online user behaviour to generate actionable insights for web optimisation or conversion rate optimisation
• Expertise with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools (variables, events, segments, dimensions, custom queries, etc.), testing and personalization platforms (e.g. Adobe Target, Optimizely, Google Optimize, etc.)
• Solid communication and presentation skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Education: MBA/ Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science/IT, Applied Science, Math, Statistics with 1+ years of relevant experience) or Bachelor’s degree or higher (in Engineering, Computer Science/IT, Applied Science, Math, Statistics) with 3+ years of relevant experience)

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in Hadoop, SQL, R or Python will be preferred (not mandatory)
• Please note that this is a digital analytics role and not a digital marketing role.
