JOB SUMMARY

In the world of e-commerce, where scale is critical, data is the only way to make informed strategic decisions. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will provide support for lead/opportunity generation, manage our CRM software and bring awareness of the product or offering on behalf of sales/marketing teams. The job requires you to analyze customer segments/profiles, end-to-end customer experience, key levers, and ROI, & market trends to identify opportunities for customer acquisition in the target market (USA). The role also provides the opportunity to travel to the USA to attend trade fairs & meet brands. This role is based out of India and is a 100% remote position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You drive solutions with the Operations, Tools, Insights, and Engagement teams to optimize the company’s ability to generate more revenue and improve customer acquisition.
Develop and implement regular reporting of key performance metrics including forecasting, funnel analysis, and pipeline management.
Compile and analyze data over time to forecast acquisition trends
Review past acquisition data to determine trends in productivity
Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources
Evaluate third-party data to determine best practices for company success
Present actionable information and insights to team members and management
Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively
