Job Title: Senior Analyst, Product Marketing Location: Bangalore

As Senior Analyst, Product Marketing, your goal is to provide actionable reports and valuable insights into the state of the business along with DBA support ensuring high availability and performance for some of the most critical database environments in Dell Join us as a Senior Analyst, Product Marketing in our Business Intelligence & Analytics team in Bangalore to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact. What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Analyst, Product Marketing, you will be responsible for managing Software performance analysis with dashboarding activities. You will work with Product and Portfolio Managers with main skills involving – SQL, PowerBI, Excel.
You will:

• Generate reports and recommendations based on analysis and proactively communicate status to the customer
• Work with BI Lead and portfolio managers to deep dive on biz performance
• Create and maintain various tools and models in order to report and facilitate decision making on biz performance.
• Support regular product uploads to our inhouse portal; Create automated processes for delivery of any regular reporting work.
• Provide adhoc analysis and any data pulls required to support Business. Takes ownership for quality of work deliverables and process adherence with guidance. (communication, delivery, quality, value proposition, escalations). Learns and applies basic knowledge in given functional area and resolve ad hoc analysis requests.
• Data processing, dashboard development & execution, reporting. Assess, monitor and constantly improve processes and procedures behind all data (including automation)

Essential Requirements

• Must have 5 + years hands on experience on how to build solutions using Teradata, SQL, SSIS & along with a strong ability to conceptualize and develop tools along with data analysts.
• Hands-on development experience in data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau
• Experience on Querying (SQL Server Database).
• Excellent command over MS Excel and managing outside data source connections to cubes/databases.
• Should have experience in handling large, complex volumes of data, creating multiple dashboards and publishing business critical reports.
• Consistently analyzes problems by using a logical systematic process to assist in decision-making.

• Desired Requirement
• Bachelor’s Degree, MBA would be an advantage
• Sustain Power BI Dashboards
• Works with the more senior members of the team on the more complex Projects.
• Provide insights into business performance, identifying areas of deep dive, analyze and suggest improvements to various initiatives in the segment and align to quarterly goals set by the business, regular engagement with biz counterparts to ensure all business/segment requirements are met.
• Good communication Skills
