Accounts Receivable Senior Assistant

What you’ll achieve
As an Accounts Receivable Senior Assistant, you will support the collections process, prepare outstanding accounts reports, support resolution of queries and proactively initiate collection activities while adhering to credit and collections policies, compliance to Customer Privacy Policy, GAAP and internal controls. You will also respond to customer queries and resolve invoicing disputes by collaborating with the internal team.
You will:
As an Accounts Receivable Senior Assistant, you will support the collections process, prepare outstanding accounts reports, support resolution of queries and proactively initiate collection activities while adhering to credit and collections policies, compliance to Customer Privacy Policy, GAAP and internal controls. You will also respond to customer queries and resolve invoicing disputes by collaborating with the internal team.
You will:
- Review status of accounts and initiate collection action
- Maintain and update records concerning changes in accounts
- Process credit notes, refunds and manual and custom invoicing
- Verify and approve orders for release
- Adhere to timing and focus on delivering accurate outputs

Essential Requirements
- 1 year or more of related experience
- Ability to communicate effectively and articulately
- High interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with customers and senior level team members
- Capability to work independently on assigned portfolios
Desirable Requirements
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
