Senior Assistant, Quality Control

We develop and drive quality metrics while managing the design and installation of quality control processes, procedures and statistical techniques. What you’ll achieve

As a Senior Assistant, Quality Control, you will be responsible for shift operation & maintenance of manufacturing equipment’s. You will work with Manufacturing operations & extended team on engineering change management

You will:

• Responsible of designing and developing robotics and automation, through vision system, OCR & PLC programming in rotating shift six days working.

• Responsible of designing and troubleshooting robotics and automation, through vision system, OCR & PLC programming in rotating shift with six days working

• Responsible for New line setup through systematic approach of equipment integration.

• Ensuring compliance with Lean and ISO standards

Essential Requirements

• Experience in robotics programming and PLC automation interface Design scalable and fast web applications,

• Experience in the field of Machine Learning, Computer Vision Deep Learning & OCR solutions, object detection algorithms Deep knowledge on Auto CAD for new & existing line design concept

• Strong understanding of PLC troubleshooting & new program development Experience in creating software & executing automation scripts using open-source tools (VB,SQL,Python)

• Exposure to ISO Standards

Desirable Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mech-Electronics Engineering
