Job Title: Software Engineer 2 – IT (I6) Location: Hyderabad Dell creates technology solutions for a changing world. Dell is hiring Software Engineer 2 – IT for their Agile CRM Salesforce development teams. The Software Engineer 2 – IT will be responsible for helping to deliver programs in a dynamic, fast paced, scalable Agile E-commerce environment. Deep and extensive experience in Apex coding, Visualforce, Triggers, Salesforce Lightning and Web Services Integration.
The teams need individuals with strong Salesforce knowledge and experience.
We are looking for candidates who have a strong background in Software development methodologies, with demonstrated success in Salesforce, with proven abilities to innovate and be creative. Ideal candidates will have Salesforce coding knowledge and experience of working in Agile Scrum teams. Candidates are expected to work with minimal direction and should be comfortable leading teams and working proactively and collaboratively as members of large global project.
Key Responsibilities:

• Should have experience in Development, Configuration, Implementation and Support of Salesforce CRM applications based on Apex Language and leveraging Force.com Platform running in Cloud Computing Environments.
• Should work on the designing of custom objects, custom fields, role based page layouts, custom Tabs, custom reports, report folders, design of Visual Force Pages, Dashboards, Apex Classes, Controllers & Triggers, VF Components and various other components as per the client and application requirements.
• Should implement security and sharing rules at object, field, and record level for different users at different levels of organization. Also should have knowledge of creating various profiles and configured the permissions based on the organizational hierarchy.
• Should have Good experience in design and develop Apex Classes, Controller Classes, and Apex Triggers for various functional needs in the application.
• Should involve in Unit Testing, Test Coverage and Code Review.
• Should have experience working with Force.com IDE version 23.0, Eclipse IDE and salesforce.com Sandbox environments.

Essential Requirements:

• Engineering Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of industrial experience
• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce and APEX development
• Practical knowledge of object oriented programming
• Strong confident communication skills
• Experience in Agile Scrum methodology
• Ability to perform system-wide root cause analysis and drive improvements
