Ensure employee expense claims are reimbursed as per SLA

• Expense reimbursement management
  • Concur Expense tool administration
  • Payment processing, reconciliation and audit
  • Corporate card – administration
  • Processing of Expense reports
  • 100% Audit of receipts & supporting
  • Approval of ER as per SLA
  • Payment processing , as per American express credit cycle
  • Employee reimbursements as per SLA
• Reporting
  • Weekly and month reports
  • Generating reporting as per reporting metrics
  • Maintain various records and trackers
  • Data collection
• Vendor payment process
  • Pre payment Reconciliation & post payment audit
  • Balance sheet reconciliation
• Escalation management and resolution
  • Track escalations
  • Ensure timely Resolution
  • Processing Expense reports raised
  • Verification of , policy compliance, entitlements
  • Ensure expenses are raised under right expense types
  • Verify – supporting , bills/invoices & receipts
  • highlight gaps, policy noncompliance to employees
  • Ensure statutory requirements are met with
  • Receipt expenses raised on Concur based on submission of hard copies of expenses
  • Follow up with employees for non submission or missing hard copies
  • Answering queries
  • Respond to escalation and provide necessary resolution
  • Track Escalations with status
  • Track day to day expense processes
  • Coordinate with mail room and courier for collection of hard copy submission
  • Record keeping of hard copies required as per statutory documents
  • Approve expenses raised to upload to respective GL’s in Novara/Oracle for payment process
