We are looking for only Ex-ARMY, BSF officers, who are willing to start fresh, are keen learners and have high ethics for workplace responsibilities.
The position is to bridge the gap between the Operations head and all the workers in the manufacturing facility. The team size to take over could be anywhere between 15-30 people. With the following responsibilities –
Quality, Hygiene & SOP adherence
Discipline Implementation & Management
Taking reports & monitoring Blue & Grey Collar Employees
Implementation of policies in the premises
Maintenance, Quality, Hygiene & Upkeep of the facility/office
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Experience:
