HRS Learning & Talent Support Services Senior Analyst – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

In the HRS Learning & Talent Support Services Senior Analyst role, you will provide support to the team in the delivery of an excellent level of service to the North-South Europe (NSE) firm. The role requires you to provide high quality first line administration support to the HRS Learning & Talent Support Services team.
The right candidate will be responsible for working closely with the Learning & Talent Support Services team and the UK based wider team to deliver all learning administration activities, assisting with escalations and quality assurance to ensure service level agreements are met.
The emphasis is to provide a consistently high level of customer service by building strong relationships with the team in delivering solutions that meet the needs of our users and the Practice Support Services objectives.
Work you’ll do
As a part of this team, you will be responsible for:
Functional Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent service in line with the HRS Learning & Talent Support Services processes and ensure service level agreements are met and adhered to
Share knowledge, skill and competence with other team members
Identify and mitigate risk in all areas of responsibility
Liaise regularly with the HRS Learning & Talent Support Services Assistant Manager raising and responding to issues raised
Identify and facilitate continuous service improvements within the team
Take responsibility for keeping up to date with the Learning process developments
Carry out and support the administration of learning support services processes which will include, working with the team to deliver the following;
Working on LMS to add new offerings and delivering onto the system
Working on TMT (Task Management Tool) to prioritise and allocate workload
Liaising with external/internal facilitators
Sending evaluation forms to learners
Checking and processing invoices, raising queries with external vendors before posting to SAP for approval
Reviewing expense reports in detail and investigating and resolving errors
Following up queries referred from the HR/Learning Helpdesk
Other Responsibilities:
Work closely with the HRS Learning & Talent Support Services Assistant Manager to help manage work allocation
Manage the Quality Check for the team, share feedback and publish the reports to the management team
Coach team members based on the Quality Check feedback
Coordinate and develop training plans, which could be used for new hire training and cross trainings
Possess strong understanding of the processes managed in the team
Lead and make sure the learning guides are updated from time to time
Ensure all system related activities or updates are completed accurately in time deadlines and in line with procedural guidelines;
Ensure compliance with appropriate Data Protection legislation at all times;
Contribute to wider projects and initiatives in the Practice Support Services as required;
Working within Service Level and Operational Level Agreements;
Administration of other Learning Support Services processes as required;
Liaison with other Practice Support Services teams as appropriate;
Key skills required
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a professional, friendly and approachable manner coupled with the ability to communicate with staff at all levels, especially when under pressure
Good knowledge of the Course Admin processes
Outstanding organisational skills including the ability to prioritise workload
Ability to work effectively, both independently and as a member of a team
Comfortable with ambiguity, flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
Able to work well under pressure and manage customer expectations
Able to use own initiative, be proactive and able to identify appropriate solutions to problems
Able to collaborate effectively and share knowledge, skills and experience with colleagues
Professional and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient ability with Microsoft Excel
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
The team
The Internal Client Services team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in the UK with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing and IT services.
Qualifications
Required:
Graduate degree4 to 6 years of overall work experience, with a minimum of 3 years in learning administrationProficient in the use of Microsoft Office package applications
Preferred:
Prior experience in training and development domain
