The role-holder will act as a performance consultant and will build and manage key stakeholder relationships across all Enabling Areas and Global businesses. The incumbent will also design, manage, and deliver an innovative and targeted cross-functional learning portfolio across all Enabling Areas & Global businesses.

You are a passionate learning and development professional who is energized by engaging with stakeholders, challenging the status quo through design, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. You are keenly interested in helping professionals develop their capabilities to drive business results. You typically have experience in managing programs and designing learning solutions across various modalities.
