Job Description:
The Learning and Development Administrator is an integral part of the people team at Deluxe. This role will support a global learning team and will be best supported by someone who is extremely well organized and able to balance competing priorities while maintaining the widest array of possibilities. They are technically savvy with a full of life personality.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Learning & Development team, HR business partners and regional business leaders to play a meaningful role in creating and encouraging Deluxe’s learning culture.
Coordinate and execute the logistical responsibilities that bring our L&D programs to life.
Provide a wide variety of support functions including but not limited to: Heavy calendar management, including balancing meetings with colleagues in different time zones.
Create and publish a monthly Learning Calendar for global regions.
Using our learning management system (LMS) in Workday, manage enrollments and attendance for facilitated learning sessions.
Serve as the LMS administrator – manage campaigns, content, course enrollment, and dashboards
Develop Smart and Creative L&D communications and materials in support of company-wide initiatives
Partner with vendors to schedule and coordinate programs
Serve as the main point of contact with program participants to support a smooth and engaging learning experience
Build, launch, and compile surveys.
Support our Performance and Development program.
Handle Workday LMS program related data entry.
Able to resolve training tickets in a timely manner.
Proficient in testing & troubleshooting eLearning courses & Workday LMS system upgrades.
Assign eLearning courses and print certificates as necessary.
Able to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive data.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Meticulous attention to detail with excellent time-management skills.
Strong project management skills to drive initiatives to completion and manage fast-changing priorities.
Ability to tackle problems by making high quality decisions.
Collaborative team player.

Outstanding interpersonal skills to build relationships cross-functionally. A curious mindset and a hunger for learning.

Proficiency in Google Suite, such as Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
Assist with additional projects as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
2+ years experience in a Learning & Development or related role.
Experience with survey tools such as Survey Monkey, Zarca, etc.
Ability to facilitate with energy and confidence.
Strong documentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft’s Word and Excel.
Proven ability to critically think when problem solving or uncovering opportunities.
Adobe Connect, Captivate, Workday experience is a plus.
MS Excel power pivots and macro experience is a plus.
Infographic design skills is a plus.
