We are hiring for Fresher, Mid and Senior level Healthcare Recruiters.

Responsibilities:

• Source healthcare professionals including Nurses, Nursing Assistants, and other allied healthcare professionals through Job Boards, Social Media, Networking, Referrals,
• Handle requirements from various healthcare clients.
• Work on W2, C2C,1099, and Direct Client requirements.
• Be the first point of contact for the consultant and maintain monthly contact with the consultant.
• Proactively seek out prospective candidates and grow the company’s database

Requirements:

• Excellent Communication Skills & Writing skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills; self-starter with high standards in any given task
• Experience in using online tools (Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.) and social networking websites like LinkedIn, and Facebook for searching candidates.
• Must have 6-12 months of experience working in US Staffing as a Recruiter either healthcare or IT or Non-IT roles dealing with W2 candidates
• Dynamic and result-oriented individual.
• Dedicated and coordinate with the team toward assignments, learning savvy & innovative skills.

Shift Timings: As per US PST Time Zone

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Onsite)
