LOOKING FOR FEMALE CANDIDATES WITH 3-5 YRS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE BUILDERS SEGMENT IS A MUST.

MUST BE GRADUATES WITH ENGLISH FLUENCY AND SHOULD BE ENERGETIC AND PROACTIVE TO FOLLOW-UP WITH CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT TO PAYMENT, ETC.

1. Payment follow up
2. Co-ordination with banks
3. Submitting documents to Banks for the approval of borrower
4. Project approval co-ordination
5. Sending demand notes to all Banks
6. Preparation and sending of dues statements to customers to collect dues as per stage progress
7. Attending any queries or matters from customers regarding the payments made by them
8. Updating the address lists of projects
9. Maintaining and updation of Collections/Receivables report
10. Initiating of sale agreement, registration, collection of documents, verification and submitting to concerned banks.
11. Attending walk-in clients and calls
12. Verification of final bills before registration

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
