Design Everest Inc Hiring for Project Associate at Remote Full Time

What will you do:

• Lead and manage up to 20-25 active projects from handoff to completion, ensuring a smooth delivery
• Provide administrative project support for 10-15 active projects for POD Leader or team, including but not limited to: Sending out RFPs and SOWs Drafting meeting notes from client-facing meetings, Creating project schedules and reports, Assisting with scheduling meetings / appointments between clients and other project stakeholders
• Collaborate with Community Partners and ensure projects are done right, on time and on budget
• Develop a complete understanding of continuously monitor project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure project team adheres to project requirements
• Develop a complete understanding of assisting the sales team with obtaining pricing and scoping information as requested
• Develop a complete understanding of assisting the sales team with obtaining pricing and scoping information as requested
• Develop a complete understanding of reporting project delivery issues, escalating them as necessary
• Develop a complete understanding of suggesting process improvements when appropriate and proposing solutions

What you’ll bring to the team:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Structural or Civil Engineering is required
• 1-4 years project management experience, interfacing with clients and AEC professionals
