Design O Vista Hiring for Accounts Executive / Tally Operator at Noida Full Time

URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR AN ACCOUNTANT/ ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE (Freshers can apply)

The company is into trading & Imports of Conceptual products for the companies like AMAZON, FLIPKART.

The company is looking for a accountant with knowledge of Tally & MS Excel for its Noida office at Design O Vista, B 88, Sector 88, Noida. The timing are 9.30 am to 6:30 pm

The responsibility includes : Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.· Preparing statutory accounts.· Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.· Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.· Managing petty cash transactions.· Controlling credit and chasing debt.· Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits.· Calculates rates paid for purchases and all price extensions.· Verifies items billed against items ordered and received and reconciles differences through follow-up with the vendor and/or other employees.· Enters, updates, and/or retrieves accounting data from automated systems.· Posts financial data to appropriate accounts in an automated accounting system, according to instructions.
