Job Description
We are an interior design firm.
We are specialists in office interiors.
We are looking for a part time/ flexi time experienced sales consultant for lead generation and sales for interior design consultancy works from following sectors:
1. Corporate offices
2. High end villas and residences of HNIs
3. Common area design for condos
4. Hotels and Restaurant designs
Focus Cities:
Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad
Tier 2 cities with air connectivity, to be explored as well.
Predominantly work from home. Some visits per client requirement.
KEY TASKS
· Generate qualified leads from own contacts –builders, IPCs, real estate brokers, facility and procurement teams of companies, start ups etc. It is not about lead volume but generating business.
· Cold calls, email marketing and in person meetings for capability presentations.
