Desire Consultancy Services Hiring for DGM/GM – Store & Inventory at Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India Full Time
Plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store & SAP Develop strategies to drive store sales, increase profitability, create store policies and marketing programs
Prepare annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements
Determine marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures
Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and shippers Work with vendors and manufacturers to bring in effective marketing displays for the sales floor and store windows Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable
Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards Monitoring & Controlling the different project sites store and inventory from HO level Planning the store inventory and machineries as per company and project requirement
Area of expertise
Proven successful experience as a Store Head or similar role Well versed with SAP Budgeting, Marketing, Retail Management Strong leadership capabilities Multi-Task Skills Pricing, Vendor Relationships, Market Knowledge Strategic Planning, Management Proficiency
