Job Title- Payments Processing Analyst

Location- Mumbai

Role Description

The Payments Processing Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all types of payments including processing of physical cash/valuables, as well as the handling of cash related investigations. This includes the processing of time-critical, complex transactions on behalf of the bank’s internal and external clients, cash-related investigations involving enquiries from clients and internal stakeholders on cash payments before and after execution. It often involves time critical, potentially complex or in some cases regulated tasks including interaction with internal and external stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities

• Managing Cash pickup and cash delivery process
• Coordinate with client and vendor to manage the regular BAU of cash processing
• Maintain and monitor the regulatory aspects of cash processing
• Various MIS and Dashboards for internal and external stake holders
• Bill verification as per the vendor pricing
• Monitor the fund application and reconciliation process
• Coordinate with Partner Banks, vendors, internal and external stake holders
• Monitor various reports viz. pending payments, Correspondent Bank Reconciliation reports etc. and get the outstanding entries addressed
• Monitor the KRIs. Breaches if any needs to be addressed on priority
• Monitoring of various internal accounts
• Monitor the vendor performance and SLA
• Provide weekly updates to internal management on Pending Payments, Corr Recon and Float
• Publish monthly KRI and KPI
• Support to concurrent audit on providing the required data and clarifications on concerns raised

Your skills and experience

• Expertise in Reconciliation process
• Good communication skill and PR
• Knowledge on Cash process
• Skillset in Logical reasoning
• 3-4 years of experience in the relevant field will be good
