Job descriptionJob Title: Office and HR AdministratorDevic Earth is looking for an Office and HR Administrator for our Kadugodi, Bangalore head office. This role will be part of our Operations Team which brings our Pure Skies technology to the public. Our fast-growing company is VC funded, has onboarded several clients, won multiple awards, and extensively covered in the media – all in these three years.Job SummaryAs part Office and HR Administrator, you will help ensure proper flow of office procedures and support the office by carrying out common office duties. We expect you to maintain a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors in person, online, and via telephone.Responsibilities and DutiesCommunicates with relevant agencies to produce travel itineraries for employees and make necessary bookingsArranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times and planning refreshmentsBooking travel & accommodation for Staff travelling on official purposeManages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mailAssists in planning and arranging events, including organising cateringHandles cash expenses, online purchases, billing cycles and making relevant entries in the booksDrafts, formats, and prints relevant documentsMaintain software and hardware assets lists and procure IT infrastructureMaintain office supplies and order office supplies as neededHandling recruitment processes end to endEmployee References & Background CheckEmployee onboarding and exit formalities.Assessment form for induction trainingManages staff salaries, payroll and expense requestsUpdating offer letters, CNDA’s and all interim performance review documentsEmployee Engagement ActivitiesManaging HR Documentation as per ISO 9001:2015Maintaining Employee records including confidential documentsRenew Consultancy AgreementsManaging Greyt HR Portal softwareHandling attendance and leave reportsLibrary bookshelf ManagementGeneral Admin and Office activitiesInteracts with Directors and carries out their requestsAssists in accounts for purchase orders and invoicingMaintains records for employee reimbursements and review reimbursement formsManages outgoing/incoming post/courier/porter/ola and records data on special deliveriesEnsures Safety & security of the premisesCoordinates with the main office in Sai Lakshmi IndustriesSupervising housekeeping tasksOrganizing Learning & Development programs for team membersCoordinating with external printers for printing IDs, Manuals, Brochures etc.Any other tasks assigned from time to timeSkillsPrior office management & HR experience preferredStrong attention to detailAbility to work without supervisionExcellent time management skillsExceptional communication and customer service skillsTechnical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office programsStrong prioritisation and organisation skillsAbility to handle confidential informationStrong record-keeping skillsPresentation skills, including welcoming guests to eventsAbility to multitaskSalary and benefits: CTC: 20,000-25,000/per month; ESI; PF andHealth Insurance of ₹ 2 Lakhs.Experience: 2 years in office administration and HR.Language: English (Required)Job Type: Full-time at our office.
