Job Description
We are looking for a Business Developer (Experience – 1 – 3 years) in Software Services
who has great exposure in client integration, retention, and new generating business
leads via various channels like Linked In, Social Media Marketing and via Bidding
Platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Min 1 year of recent working experience in the Business development domain.
• Prior experience of bidding for web and mobile app projects on FREELANCER, UPWORK, or similar platforms.
• Understanding client requirements and providing solutions.
• Lead Generation via Email Marketing.
• Proposal Writing, Follow-up, and Requirement Gathering, Negotiation & Closing.
• Experience in handling international clients and leading projects to conversions.
• The candidate should have good communication skills both written and Oral.
• The candidate should be a self-learner with a strong desire to grow in an organization.
• Should have a professional sales approach with a zeal to generate business.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Place bids on online portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc. using the company account.
• Placing genuine and relevant data on bids as per the requirements specified by the client.
• Managing accounts on these platforms and optimizing the company profile.
• Generating leads from these portals and handling the communication with the client during the pre-sales stage.
• Providing estimates to clients and leading projects towards closure.
• Daily reporting to the manager for work done and defining strategies.

Expected Start Date: 1/3/2022

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Internship, Fresher

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
