DASA Training Portfolio & Certifications Manager

With a network of 300+ partner organizations, DASA is ideally placed to help define, inform, and advance the DevOps industry through networking, information-sharing, awards, lifelong learning, and certification.

As our movement continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic Portfolio & Certifications
Quality Manager to take the professional certification portfolio to the next level. This is an exciting, ambitious role in a young and dynamic environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
Portfolio quality and enhancements

• Improve the quality of portfolio, and be the change manager
• Quality of Exams (improve question pools, pass percentage)
• Quality of Syllabus (ensure syllabus is updated at least once a year)
• Quality of Courseware and learner experience
• Data analysis based on consolidated learner feedback, buyer feedback, instructor feedback; Develop action plans for portfolio improvements and interface with the

Cluster Lead for product design

• Build a community of course authors, ensure they meet once a month, ensure they get inputs on requested changes to their courses

• Introduce new workshops
• Build the roadmap of certification and learning products that meet the requirements of

DevOps professionals today and tomorrow.

• Develop the requirements for certification programs and drive them through the development process, working with cross-functional teams across several continents.
• Manage the localization strategy for the portfolio.
• Be an expert in the use of operating metrics and KPIs; be the steward of your product and drive best practices for using that product.
• Ensure that the CWP and DASA ATP’s are compliant as per DASA Certification Scheme
• The creation of product documentation in accordance with DASA’s internal project process and standards.

• Prepare and publish weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for DASA certifications delivered globally to DASA internal team

• This will include tracking DASA training partners are delivering certifications training as per the DASA certification scheme

Instructor community, instructor quantity/quality, instructor accreditations, TTTs

• Create quality standards for instructors to deliver DASA programs
• Create an instructor database, and the process for instructor accreditations
• Follow instructor deliveries, and ensure quality thresholds are met. Take corrective actions when necessary
• Plan and organize TTTs

Ownership of certification platform, and end-to-end certification process

• Operation of certification platform
• Standards and SOPs for the exam delivery
• Process for retakes, questions around retakes, request for exam re-evaluation
• Ownership of Leader assessment process

Profile and Experience

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in Product Management in the learning space, and preferably in the professional certification business.

• 3+ years of experience in building learning products, or services
• Deep analytical expertise & strong problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Hands-on experience in Product Management

Salary: ₹1,600,000.00 – ₹2,400,000.00 per year
