Company Description We are hiring for the following position for the chairman of large group companies. Job Role Executive Secretary Job Location Saudi Arabia Role Description The Executive Secretary will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, performing clerical tasks, and supporting company secretarial work. Additionally, the Executive Secretary will be expected to deliver excellent customer service. Qualifications Strong clerical skills, including organizational abilities and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Experience in company secretarial work Proficiency in providing executive administrative assistance Customer service-oriented mindset Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred Requirements Must have relevant experience in a similar job role. Previous GCC experience in a similar role will be an added advantage. Must have Bachelors Degree in related field or Business Administration.
