Job description-
The RMO should be efficient and well versed in handling ICU Patients as per standard quality parameters.
The RMO should be efficient in handling Intubations, Catheterizations, Dialysis Catheterization, and Mechanical Ventilators etc as per the instruction of treating consultant.
Complete daily rounds for each patient. (twice in a shift)
Collect reports of patient investigation.
Inform consultant regarding reports and patient status.
Write daily doctor order properly in proper format.
Filling up new admission history/ examination finding and treatment advise in software on same day.
Pre-operative checklist and consent for surgery and anesthesia should be checked and completed.
Preparing patient for discharge.
Filling discharge summary.
Explaining & counselling of patient regarding discharge medicines.
