You will deal with parents of teenagers, and will conduct exciting events and get them to feel as an important part of the Dheya Family. You will ensure that each customer viz parent and child gets more value than what they expected! Your role will be to ensure that the processes of engagement are done properly and diligently, without missing anybody or any deliverable. You will be responsible for the MIS and the data management for each customer. You should be a good listener too and be able to resolve grievances if any in a amicable manner. In short you are a mature and diligent networker and relationship builder, who ensures “Customer Excitement”. You will get to build a huge network of parents and manage a “Community of Positive Parents”.
