The Responsibilities Of Selected Candidate:
1. Managing Customer Service Operations Viz. Scheduling Sessions, Feedback Calls, Connecting With Mentors For Finalising Session.
2. Respond To Customer Service Issues In A Timely Manner.
3. Documentation And Information Management Using CRM And Other IT Systems.
4. Should Be Diligent To Trace And Document All Sessions And Ensure Timely Connect With Customers And Mentors.
5. Very Good At Data Management And Excel Skills Should Be Good.
6. Maintain Accurate Records And Document All Customer Service Activities And Discussions.
7. Assess Service Statistics And Prepare Detailed Reports On Your Findings.
8. Respond To Customer Service Issues In A Timely Manner
