Role Descriptor
DHL Express is looking for a Receptionist Cum Telephone Operator to join the respective team. He/she have to confidently and knowledgeably handle the DHL Head Office front desk. He/she is also responsible for managing customer calls and walk in visitors as well as coordinating with admin and security personnel

Key Responsibilities
He/she will have to perform the following key activities:
Manage Visitors / Customers and Vendors
Respond to callers on the company board line consistently and confidently
Conduct self professionally as required to enhance brand image / brand reputation in the front office
Liaise with various Departments for quick and efficient resolution of customer / visitor queries
Manage the EPBAX and transfer calls to departments / individuals
Skills Required
Typing skills (at least 30 wpm preferable)
Telephone skills (excellent)
Conflict resolution skills (excellent)
Technical Skills (Telephone and Order Booking systems preferable)
Communication skills – spoken and written (excellent)
Negotiation and interpersonal skills (excellent)
Profile Requirements
1 year experience in any customer facing or similar role (preferable)
Experience working in teams
Graduation or Diploma (equivalent)
