Dhobilite Laundromat Hiring for Assistant Front Office Manager at Channi, Jammu and Kashmir, India Full Time

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the drycleaning business, including accounting and invoicing.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring that supplies are ordered and stocked as needed.
• Greet and assist customers, handle complaints or issues as they arise, and maintain a positive customer service experience.
• Handle pickup and delivery requests and communicate with the team to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Ensure all clothing is properly tagged and tracked in the system.

Qualifications:

• 4/5 years of experience in a retail business or customer service environment.
• Fluent in Hindi and Dogri, with proficiency in English language.
• Must have a smartphone and basic computer knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Salary and Hours:

• Salary: 15 Thousand per month
• Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Week off: Thursday Every Week
