We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our drycleaning business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounting and invoicing, inventory, customer service, and pickup and delivery requests. Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the drycleaning business, including accounting and invoicing.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring that supplies are ordered and stocked as needed.
- Greet and assist customers, handle complaints or issues as they arise, and maintain a positive customer service experience.
- Handle pickup and delivery requests and communicate with the team to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Ensure all clothing is properly tagged and tracked in the system.
Qualifications:
- 4/5 years of experience in a retail business or customer service environment.
- Fluent in Hindi and Dogri, with proficiency in English language.
- Must have a smartphone and basic computer knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Salary and Hours:
- Salary: 15 Thousand per month
- Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Week off: Thursday Every Week
