Tally, IT, GST1, GSTR3B, EI forms, VAT Assessment, Professional tax, TDS/TCS, GIDC Notified area tax, NSIC, Capital Subsidy, Other benefits of Government, Research and development subsidy, Other certifications subsidy, MDA, PF, ESIC, Factory act, Labour, Reconciliation, reversal from bank, advance tax, Attending Co Secretary requirements for Pvt Ltd companies, finalization of accounts, Tax audit, IT returns, Monthly stock statement, Monthly returns, Quarterly returns, Annual returns, Quarterly QMR/CA certificate for stock statement, Quarterly ER 1 for employment, CMA, 2R permission, Export sales certificate, Letter of Credit, Bank guarantees, Insurance, Stock audit, General Audits, Appearing for various govt notices, Legal related to accounts, Renewal of bank accounts, Credit rating, Negotiations with banks

Any other responsibilities required to be executed pertaining to your main area of work is also covered.
