Experience: 2-4yrsJob Summary: Someone who is creative and can come up with Ideations for social media posts, good with content, and has a decent knowledge about design. Good communication skills and command over English is mandatory.Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for writing compelling content and original articles as part of the content strategy
• You should possess excellent writing skills and have an eye for detail. You should develop content that attracts the target audience and interviewing skills for collaterals like website content, articles, blogs, case studies, and social media, able to work as a part of the team with set deadlines.
• Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.
• Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns.
• Having relevant experience in social media.
• Post Social media Content with engaging Ideas, Blogs, Quora Answers & Reviews.
• Replying to Comments & Messages on Social Networks (Daily)
• Content for Google & Facebook Ad copy (During paid Ads execution)
• Website content, Landing page content (Very Occasional)
• Monitor and analyse the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement. Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns.
• Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results.
• Needs to possess good communication skills and attention to detail & ability to plan new and engaging pieces of content.
• Be a team player who can collaborate effectively with excellent interpersonal skills.

Key KPIs:

• Content reach – Improve organic reach by following the latest practices.
• SM Content Engagement – Improve comments on posts.
• Generating Organic leads via post comments and Inbox.
• Error-Free content.

Preferred Qualifications: Proven work experience as a Content Writer or similar role Portfolio

• Strong desire to work in a team environment
• High-energy individual who takes initiative with a positive outlook, and can manage change
• Strong work ethic, self-starter works well under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to work both independently without close oversight
• Experience doing research using multiple sources
• Familiarity with web publications Excellent writing and editing skills in English Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems
