Please read before you apply, and don’t apply if you don’t wish to work for a startup/new company.The Executive will act as both HR assistant and Administrative Assitant and shall have the following responsibilities :Good communication skills – Excellent verbal and written communication in English is necessary.Handling end-to-end recruitment, contracts & Payroll management & Client/Vendor Invoicing.Creating new policies and contracts for employees and clients.Experience crafting and improving processes in a matrix organization structure.Should Understand IT & Non-IT requirementsAbility to work both independently and within a team environment, with focus and close & great attention to detail.Work Experience of four years is a must.Must know how to use social media with ease.Strong organizational and planning skillsPreferred degree/certificate in management skillsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Kindly Note: Mostly can choose the Work From Home option but must attend in-person meetings when asked and during the recruitment process.I need to work three days a week.Maximum of 15K/ Month.Job Type: Part-timePart-time hours: 24 per weekSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthBenefits:Work from homeSchedule:Day shiftFlexible shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:total work: 4 years (Required)Language:English (Required)Expected Start Date: 31/10/2022
