GRIZZLY Hiring for Architect at India Full Time

GRIZZLY VIDYALAYA : Affiliated to CBSE UPTO 10+2 level (English medium Co-Educational residential school) – Jhumri Telaiya, Jharkhand looking for an Architect with a minimum of 3+ years of experience for its parent company Grizzly Educational Society and Grizzly Charitable Trust.

Job description:

• Ability to work on Residential and Commercial Interiors and Exteriors.
• Understanding architectural drawings and the usage of AutoCAD.
• Creating effective 3D models, and renderings from architectural plans or developing 3D mock-ups of the required project.
• Ability to work independently on the project.
• Work closely with 3rd party Senior designer, and manage assigned project deliverables at the concept, schematic, and design development stage.
• Attend and support ongoing project meetings with different studios.
• Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to the final project completion
• Conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations to help streamline ongoing design projects
• Select furniture, materials, decor and finishes while keeping within budget.
• The candidate should know about 2D and 3D Designing and a production list of modular interior drawings.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Should possess good communication and presentation skills.
• Candidates having experience working on educational institute projects (optional).

Qualification:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Architect.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, 3D Max(optional), or other design programs and Microsoft office.
