Consilio’s Lead SQL Developer will be responsible for architecting, building and modifying SSRS reports, writing stored procedures, functions, SSIS packages. This role must have knowledge in all stages of software development in an agile environment. This role requires collaboration with other database engineers and architects while following guidance from senior leadership and management. This role is expected to understand and know how to troubleshoot various layers of the infrastructure for internal database applications and reporting systems critical to the business. The incumbent is also expected to mentor junior member of the team. We are looking for someone who is strong with SSRS and SSIS specifically.

• Understand the architecture, design and implementation of the Consilio Products and making necessary changes to fix any feature or performance issues that may be reported.

• Maintain existing BI solutions while looking for opportunities to improve them.

• Understand requirements for new BI solutions.

• Work with teams and managers to build reporting solutions.

• Troubleshoot, debug, optimize and fix software as necessary.

• Create and follow security and data protection settings.

• Design and develop SQL architecture.

• Tailor and deploy processes and metrics.

• Configuring SQL Servers, creating databases, stored procedures, functions, views, indexes etc.

• Ensuring cross-platform optimization.

• Writing clean, functional code that can be provided to front-end developers to effectively call backend processes.

• Write technical documentation.

• Collaborating with other engineers/developers to create solutions to provided requirements and specifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and/or Information Technology or related fields preferred.

  Minimum Experience Requirements:

• 7+ years of proven experience as a SQL Developer using SSRS and SSIS.

• PowerBI Development experience (good to have).

• Familiarity with SQL Server, IIS.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to understand workflow.

• Strong Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Must be able to adjust when there are shifts in priorities.

• Good organizational, time management and listening skills.

• Self-Motivated.

• Able to follow directions and mentor junior team members.

• Experience in eDiscovery not required but preferred.
