With multidisciplinary expertise of our engineers, we have filed for over 200 patents in the market. Partner with the HR leadership team to support deliverables for special projects related to firm People Strategy (e.g., diversity, retention, etc.) Frame key issues Design analytic approach to address Execute analysis Communicate insights and implications to key stakeholders Engage with clients to develop a deep and detailed understanding of their specific needs Develop solutions and processes to ensure the right level of information quality Utilize historical data sets and planned process changes to model and forecast business trends in collaboration with the Data Scientists and Analysts Interpreting and exploring business problems using people data Using and applying quantitative and qualitative research design to solve problems Carrying out data analysis, from basic to multivariate analysis Ability to turn raw data into information and insights, which can be used to make business decisions Making sure data is reported in a transparent, accessible and useful way Consult with and advise HR business partners to create impactful analytical solutions Spearhead innovative analyses to drive business decisions and measure success of firm programs and initiatives (e.g., analyze exit survey results; analyze key drivers of performance through analyzing the correlation between performance trends and potential drivers; etc.) Partner with firm’s People Functions (Recruiting, Learning & Development, Career Development, Staffing, Core HR, and Career Services) to support ongoing operational analytics efforts (e.g., recruiting funnel analysis; performance trends analysis; hours and staff utilization analysis; developing a model to identify employees eligible for bonus time off; etc.) Analyze the firm’s operations for trends, volume, demographics, and operator metrics to support decisions Provide support with technical writing and editing as required Develop analytics to identify trend lines across several data sources within the organization Work on workforce planning creation with various data insights within the charts In collaboration with Data Scientists, apply predictive analysis and tools to forecast and employ business analytics (including an enhanced ability to quantify and qualify data). Undertake research to identify and recommend optimal/near-optimal solutions to complex challenges. Ability to work on large scale data (structured and unstructured) having applied fundamentals in data management, parallel computing and distributed systems. Strong HR Domain Knowledge (either HRBP who has keen interest in the field of People Analytics or Behavioural Scientist) 5+ years of experience in an HR & Analytical role (HR experience or internal / external consulting experience preferred) Ability to manage several projects simultaneously Superb analytical skills; hands-on experience manipulating and deriving insight from large datasets Expert PPT and Excel skills Proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx and programming tools (e.g., SAS, R, Python, etc.) is a plus; willingness to learn Tableau and Alteryx is a must Experience with HRIS is a plus Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to develop strategic recommendations Team oriented: strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders Professional and demonstrates integrity at all times
