Disney+ Hotstar Hiring for Inside Sales – Small and Medium Businesses (SMB)- Contractual role for 6 months at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Full Time

Project Details: On the Disney+ Hotstar Self-Serve portal, advertisers and agencies can sign up on the portal and complete the entire ad setup journey on their own with no intervention required from our side. The steps to be completed by the advertiser/agency include

• Sign up
• Onboarding and Profile Completion (including KYC and document submission)
• Wallet Recharge
• Campaign Set up
• Creative Check
• Reporting

During the journey of this ad setup, the user may need to get nudged or need help moving forward.

Project Duration: 6 Months from the date of joining

About The Team

The SMB Ad sales team caters to the mid-tier and emerging clients across categories and works closely with them to solve their marketing goals through custom solutions on D+ H. Our team works closely with the clients to understand their business and marketing goals and then provide solutions across the vast landscape of the D+ H ads ecosystem, which work for the client and also help secure ad revenues for D+ H as a platform.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Call each advertiser/agency who has signed up on the portal but have not executed the campaign
• Help the user complete the journey on the platform by explaining about the D+H offering and features of the platform
• Have a sales-centric mindset while solving user problems
• Troubleshooting of queries about the platform and how to move forward
• Document all conversations in a well-explained manner
• Coordinate with the internal teams to handle technical questions

Skills & Attributes For Success

• Should be fluent in speaking in English/Hindi and writing in English
• Be able to document all conversations in an articulate manner
• Sales Mindset
• Should have the maturity to speak with brand managers/marketers/founders of different companies and explain to them about D+H offering

Preferred Education & Experience

• Educational Qualification: Graduate
• Past experience in Marketing/Sales is preferred
