Job Brief:
You will be the face of Ditto interacting with our users directly. You will connect with our users over calls, WhatsApp, or emails as required to understand their requirements and recommend policies or features that are best suited for them. You will be hand holding our users in their insurance buying journey.

Ditto has two advisory teams, namely Team A and Team B.

Team A’s role involves spending ~40% of the advisor’s time communicating with users through direct calls, while the remaining time is spent on WhatsApp. This team is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility in their work schedule, with two shifts available – 12pm to 9pm and 2pm to 11pm.

On the other hand, Team B requires advisors to spend ~60% of their time communicating with users through direct calls, with the rest of their time spent on WhatsApp. The typical working hours for this team are from 10am to 8pm.

You can choose between Team A and Team B during the application process. Also, if you are not from an insurance background, we have a rigorous two-month training program to get you up to speed.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Accuracy and attention to detail.

Good command of English.

Basic computer knowledge is necessary.

Ability to communicate, present and influence effectively.
