We are a trusted and solution oriented business partner to all Novartis divisions enabling patients to get best access to Novartis products Your responsibilities: Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Works closely together with the CI Group Head and cross-functional leads (and in conjunction with matrix Regional Account Director) to shape and develop the Novartis CI function and address evolving business and customer needs • Go-to person for assigned strategic initiative. Drives the initiatives to fulfilment • Lead productivity initiatives within the TA and continuously drive and monitor improvements in day to day work; use of technology in simplifying systems/processes • Advanced/Through leader in o Critical CI technical aspects like secondary search, Database usage conference coverage etc. o Engaging with customers and cross-functional leaders o Running of CI strategic workshops, simulations and other events. o Leading initiatives on efficiency, synergy, expansion of CI footprint across enterprise. Use of technology in simplifying systems/processes o Identification of strategic and future growth areas and also prepare a workable plan of action on implementation. • Drives some key strategic initiatives in team. Coach/mentor all team members, create training plan and track progress • Supports the development and also leading implementation of new ways of information presentation. • Ensures deliverables and overall engagement adhere to CI communications plan. nnnn Position Title: Senior Manager, Competitive Intelligence Minimum requirements: What you’ll bring to the role: • PhD/Masters Degree in Life Sciences.
