DNV GL Hiring for Consultant – HSE at Mumbai, India Full Time

Technical Skills:

• Should have through understanding of occupational health, Occupational safety (ISO 45001), Environment (ISO 14001) and quality (ISO 9001), Process Safety (OSHA 1910:119, SEVESO II, RBPS 20 elements) management systems.

• Should be well versed with local (India) regulations related to health, safety, environment, quality, process safety.

• Should be well versed in International Best Practices and Standards related to HSEQ+PSM

• Should have an extensive experience in HSE + Q + PSM consulting to help client develop management system procedures, documents, etc.

• Should be able to design, develop, customize trainings as per customer requirements

• Should be an excellent trainer on HSEQ+PSM and able to deliver trainings and manage trainings on his / her own

• Should be able to support business development / sales activities by making presentations, developing technical proposals, costing, etc.

• Should be conversant with requirements of bids / tenders and able to participate bidding / tendering

• Should be ready to travel in India / Overseas extensively for conducting audits / assessments, trainings, consultancy, etc.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Masters / Postgraduate in HSE or equivalent

• 6-11 years of related work experience

• International Certifications: NEBOSH, NIOSH, CCPS Certified Process Safety Professional, etc. will be an added advantage

• Interpersonal Skills:

• Candidate should be a team player

• Should have excellent communication in written and spoken English, knowledge of Hindi (written & spoken) will be an added advantage

• Should be well versed in office tools such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point, etc.

• Should have an ability to multitask

• Should have good presentation skills

• Should be able to manage project(s) on his / her own

• Should a fast learner

• Should be able to lead a team of auditors
