Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a General Manager at Dolphy located in Surat. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, managing teams across various departments such as marketing, sales, projects coordination, business development, IT, human resources, accounts, finance, and administration. You will be working closely with the executive team to drive growth and expansion strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Proven experience in a managerial role
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage and coordinate teams across multiple departments
• Good knowledge of marketing and sales strategies
• Understanding of project management principles
• Experience in the manufacturing and construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
