Honeywell Customer Marketing is seeking a Marketing Project Management Specialist II, responsible for helping to coordinate marketing activities across the enterprise. The successful candidate will work with the Director of Marketing Excellence and other Customer Marketing stakeholders to deliver high profile, impactful projects including global event planning and reporting, helping to the events scorecard, and managing the Executive Calendar across Honeywell, amongst other project management responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support with Financial planning for the global corporate Marketing function
• Assist with budget planning for the function, in coordination with the Corporate CMO and finance partner
• Drive adherence to the Honeywell procurement purchase order (PO) process for the function by raising purchase requests in relevant system
• Resolve vendor payment issues, as needed
• Ensure compliance to internal process to drive down internal issues
• Executive Calendar
• Oversee the Executive Calendar, published on a weekly basis and containing entries from various Honeywell functions; ensure data is up to date and well presented
• Ensure that relevant functions (Marketing, Government Relations, Communications, Investor Relations, etc.) are putting in entries on a relevant basis

o Onboard new calendar editors, manage access (Viewers vs. Editors) and distribution lists

Owns projects from inception to completion

• Creates Project Brief with input from business – holds kick off meeting with all functions for review
• Ownership of events working with the event team function
• Support understanding of the business with an ability to translate business requirements to Marketing actions including messaging and content
• Determining content needs and working with business to create needed content
• Communicates project status and output with business leaders
• Liaison with Events, External Communications, Digital Marketing, and also Channel, Product and Marketing Ops colleagues as needed, to drive business objectives and share best practices
• Project Management

Additional Key Responsibilities

• Support procurement and budget planning
• Support reporting for events through impactful presentations for executive audiences
• Update Executive Calendar as required, including Event Overviews
• Working with digital marketing and the Lead-to-Revenue team to track metrics for events
